About me
My journey to Clarity Business English grew from a powerful convergence of my experiences across seven different industries – from hospitality and education to nonprofit work and finance. While completing my AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and MSc in International Business, I discovered a profound truth: even the most brilliant financial minds can feel held back when they can't fully express their expertise in English. I saw talented professionals who understood complex concepts like cash flow analysis and audit compliance with ease, yet struggled to present their insights confidently in global meetings or client negotiations.
This is where my passion found its purpose.
I combined my financial knowledge with formal language teaching qualifications – including my 220-hour TEFL certification and Preply Teaching Certificate – to create an approach that specifically addresses the communication needs of finance professionals. These certifications provided me with evidence-based methodologies for language acquisition, which I've tailored specifically for the financial sector.
